What is your return policy?

What is your order cancellation policy?
We accept order cancellations prior to shipment only. Because we act quickly to dispatch your order, cancellation requests must be received before the order has been shipped. All order cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. You can view
Do you offer a warranty on your Purrfect Playtent?
Yes, the Purrfect Playtent comes with a 1-year warranty. In the event that you encounter any issues within this period, such as defective materials or workmanship, you are eligible for a full replacement. All we require from you are a few photographs
