Can other animals like squirrels, raccoons, and opossums enter the enclosure?Updated 6 months ago

Although our fencing systems can be a deterrent, it is possible for other animals to enter the enclosure area. Generally speaking, raccoons, opossums, and other nuisance animals are able to enter and exit without issue. However, we have found that they will typically only enter if there is something inside the enclosure that is of interest to them (food, water, shelter, etc.) since it can be a time-consuming task to get in and out. So proper preparation of the enclosure accompanied by our fencing tends to be a great solution to keeping those animals out.

Squirrels are excellent climbers and should be able to easily enter and exit the enclosure area without a problem. They are not usually heavy enough to activate the spring-loaded arm.
